Chidambaram Temple

Chidambaram temple is one of the most famous Shiva temples in South India. The temple is located in the town of Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.Chidambaram is divided into two words ‘chit’ and ‘ambalam’. ‘Chit’ means consciousness and ‘ambalam’ means stage.
