Tulsi (a plant of the Basil family origin) is considered to be the most auspicious of all the plants in HinduMythology. It is believed that if one is given a leaf ofTulsi and Gangajal (Holy river Ganges’ water) at the time of death, he would surely get Moksha (salvation).
